Michael Whitehouse, Staff WriterModern medicine has revolutionized the way we treat disease and illness. Each decadenew breakthroughs are made as we continue to unlock our knowledge of the human body, and how to treat its fragility. But what happens when modern medicine identifies normal human characteristics as disorders, or misdiagnoses an existing condition? The result is startling: Prescribing drugs to individuals who don’t need them, in many cases creating a downward [...]View Article Here Read More
Mae Chan, Prevent DiseaseIt’s not just the high fat, salt or sugar content of processed foods that is driving obesity and diet-related illnesses — the lack of food diversity is killing our gut flora, claims one researcher. If we exclude sugar, approximately 80 percent of all calories in processed foods come from a combination of four ingredients.Drawing upon evidence from multiple studies, Professor of genetic epidemiology at King’s College London and author of  [...]View Article Here Read More
According to our work, information isn’t lost once it enters a black hole. It doesn’t just disappear. What sort of information are we talking about? In principle, any information drawn into a black hole has an unknown future, according to modern physics. That information could include, for example, the characteristics of the object that formed the black hole to begin with, and characteristics of all matter and energy drawn inside.
In the 1970s, [Stephen] Hawking proposed that black holes were capable of radiating particles, and that the energy lost through this process would cause the black holes to shrink and eventually disappear. Hawking further concluded that the particles emitted by a black hole would provide no clues about what lay inside, meaning that any information held within a black hole would be completely lost once the entity evaporated.
Though Hawking later said he was wrong and that information could escape from black holes, the subject of whether and how it’s possible to recover information from a black hole has remained a topic of debate.
Stojkovic and Saini’s new paper helps to clarify the story.Stojkovic added:
Instead of looking only at the particles a black hole emits, the study also takes into account the subtle interactions between the particles. By doing so, the research finds that it is possible for an observer standing outside of a black hole to recover information about what lies within.
Interactions between particles can range from gravitational attraction to the exchange of mediators like photons between particles. Such “correlations” have long been known to exist, but many scientists discounted them as unimportant in the past.
These correlations were often ignored in related calculations since they were thought to be small and not capable of making a significant difference.
Our explicit calculations show that though the correlations start off very small, they grow in time and become large enough to change the outcome.

Matthew Butler, GuestPeople save up for retirement, but how well do we prepare for the journey after? Ancient cultures put great emphasis on the afterlife, because they knew consciousness continued after death. They were right: Out-of-body experiences reveal we really do exist beyond the body. Knowing this truth should inspire us to seek in life what really matters and remains after death – awakened consciousness. What is the greatest mystery of life? According to a legendar [...]View Article Here Read More
An excerpt from Seth's 2nd new book "The Next Chapter In the Evolution of the Soul".
Channeled by Mark Allen Frost.
SETH- My Third Subject has adopted a saying from one of your Earth’s cultural traditions. It is a blessing one wishes for one’s self and others: healthy, wealthy, wise. These three elements of life are the focus of many in your world. Perhaps we can use this blessing as an example of how you can, with consistent intention and application, co-create with All That Is, your greatest potential for health, prosperity, and wisdom. Now, you are all individual humans on your great Earth, each with your separate, idiosyncratic propensities for growth - evolution - on all levels of manifestation in the physical and other dimensional realms. Therefore, it should seem obvious that one human’s health, wealth and wisdom might certainly not be another’s. Having said that, let us examine the powerful, evocative ideas and beliefs suggested in the three words
Health is a topic we could easily spend an entire book on discussing and indeed I have done just that with my First Subject. (The Way Toward Health. mf) Those of you who know the circumstances of that writing, know that my collaboration with her ended with that book. She made The Transition into her Home Dimension. Now some may say that it is odd to write a book about health with suggestions for creating health in the physical body, and the author does not survive the writing of the book. Let us simply say that my First Subject had her reasons for her behaviors, as do you all. There is physical health, there is mental health and there is spiritual health. There are lessons to be learned in all three realms for all of you as you make your journeys into physical reality. What might appear confusing to your eyes as you judge another, may be simply the other’s deci- sion to learn their lessons in their unique fashion. I should note that I am still in communication with my First Subject and that she finds this topic of her death a source of great amusement. This Entity felt as though she was leaving physical life with a sense of great irony, focused as she was on the production of a book on health. She was demonstrating for all her readers, the truth regarding The Transition from the physical into the etheric. Now she trusts that the readers of that book may understand the irony and the pathos inherent in that death.

A Saint-Germain Channel
By Alexandra Mahlimay & Dan Bennack
April 4, 2010
The following question answered by Saint-Germain comes from our monthly channeling broadcast.
Viewer (paraphrased): I feel that true freedom comes when I can choose anything that I might want to create or experience in life. When I can do whatever I want. But doesn't too much freedom lead to difficulties, too? What about vanity, for one? What are your thoughts about freedom, choice, and vanity?
Saint-Germain: An interesting question. You are asking about freedom of choice here, and here is my short reply, "With freedom comes choice, and in choice you will find your freedom." Yes, there is something very wonderful about freedom of choice. But there is also something very seductive about it, especially if you are unprepared for the experience of being able to do whatever you want. And you have rightly named one of these difficulties. It is called, vanity.
